I have helped adult clients of diverse ages and cultural identities address work-related stress, career and life transitions, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, and family of origin issues. In particular, I have extensive experience working with clients navigating early adulthood as they seek meaning and fulfillment from their work and relationships. I use person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approaches (e.g. Adlerian, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, etc.) to collaborate with clients in developing personalized strategies that suit their specific needs and goals.
