I like to focus on identifying strengths and helping maximize them to overcome obstacles. I'm here to help sort through things that are difficult right now and offer a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. The first and most important step is reaching out for help. I have a great deal of experience helping individuals, couples, veterans, teens. I've helped many people who have dysfunctional relationships.
