I have been providing individual, couples, and family therapy as well as group therapy and coaching services for over 30 years. I specialize in self esteem, trauma, anxiety, and family dynamics using a variety of therapy techniques and communication coaching. My goal is to create a safe and judgment free space for you to experience growth. You deserve to feel safe and peaceful. I love being invited to walk that journey with you and teach you the skills and strategies to experience emotional freedom and inner peace! CLINICAL SUPERVISION Are you interested in receiving motivating guidance in working with a variety of clinical issues and empowering feedback on the use of a variety of therapeutic modalities. What I most loved during my more than 20 years as a clinical supervisor or clinical director, was providing individual and group clinical supervision for social workers and counselors. Just as with therapy, my goal is to create a safe and judgment free space for you to experience growth and meet your goals.
