Welcome! I know it can be hard to get to the point where you don’t know what else to do, so I want to first start off by applauding you for taking the first step in getting help for yourself or for a loved one. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families with diverse needs. I specialize in treating issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, mood disorders, school refusal, peer conflicts and other social emotional needs. Our goals will be to help build strong coping skills, increase self esteem and improve problem solving skills to help you make better life choices, improve relationships and lead to a happier and less stressful life.
