I am here to be your ally on the path of self-discovery, healing, and strengthening your relationship with ALL parts of you to discover ways of connecting and communicating that are conducive to deep and meaningful relationships. Informed by various therapeutic modalities, I believe in tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I have additional training in Internal Family Systems (Level 1), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I am passionate about helping couples navigate relationship challenges. I enjoy using my background in the performing arts to work with creative individuals and those involved in the entertainment industry. The unique challenges and pressures of the entertainment world can take a toll on mental and emotional well-being and I look forward to helping you rediscover your inner strength and finding the peace you deserve.
