I am the mom of 5 adopted children—YES, that’s a lot of kids! As a wife, mom, former nurse, and former foster parent, I’ve chosen to specialize in areas that many therapists don’t. My journey with grief began as an oncology nurse and foster parent but became deeply personal when my best friend lost both her husband and son within a year. This experience made walking alongside those facing grief a true specialty. With advanced knowledge in grief, I help children, youth, and adults navigate their lonely paths and find healing. In addition to grief, I focus on women's health from over-whelmed moms to women facing infertility. I’m dedicated to supporting those searching for strength and hope as they navigate the anxiety and struggles of life. I’m often asked why I specialize in parenting children with ADHD and autism. As the mom of neurodivergent children and a former foster parent to 30 kids over 10 years, I’ve gained not just knowledge, but a deep, personal understanding of how to support and guide children, youth, and even adults with ADHD and autism.
