I enjoy walking alongside people and helping them find ways to feel better. As someone who has gone through experiential trainings (getting to experience the types of therapy I offer), I wanted to help others benefit from these evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I provide a structured and goal-oriented approach to therapy. Every week we decide what would be the most helpful homework for you to complete in between your sessions. When we meet, I will ask how your homework went the previous week and what you want to focus on in therapy that day. I consider myself to be a warm, empathic therapist who is looking to help you stay focused on your goals. I can be direct with feedback and will gently interrupt you during the session to make sure you are staying on target. Our time is short together and I want to make sure you get the most out of each session.
