I am a licensed mental health counselor with nearly 30 years of counseling experience. I have a bachelors in sociology and a master’s in counseling and have been in private practice as an Emotion Focused Therapist and life coach since 2013, helping couples and individuals improve their mental health and live their best lives. With a passion for empowerment, I work to help people develop a new view of themselves and their relationships, finding freedom in how they see their world, while learning to live a more secure and connected life.
