Introduction

I am a resident in counseling with over eight years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds in a variety of environments. I work with individuals, families, and couples to provide help coping with the stresses of everyday life as well as crisis situations. My background is in existential and humanistic therapy aiding the client to increase self-awareness while developing acceptance, growth, responsibility, and freedom. I am trained on EMDR interventions. My therapeutic style is compassionate and free from judgement. I focus on growing a positive partnership to help you acquire the tools to resolve problems. I am currently accepting clients for both in person and teletherapy appointments. Initial consultations are free.
