I have over 15 years of experience helping individuals work through difficult transitions in their lives and to cope with a range of problems including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship obstacles, and struggles related to identity. Each individual is unique and therefore I believe in an individualized approach, determined based on what works best for you. I draw from multiple perspectives in therapy including but not limited to: insight oriented psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy. While the specific goals of therapy are determined collaboratively, I believe we all have the desire to lead a fulfilled and meaningful life as the best version of ourselves.
