Introduction

I am a bilingual, first-generation Colombian-American. I was born and raised right here in Maryland and look forward to serving my local community through therapeutic services. My approach is rooted in utilizing the entire family as a team of players, all of whom have their own individual duties in creating and facilitating a healthy therapeutic process. I primarily use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based support, parenting education, and solutions-focused brief therapy in my practice. Teamwork is the key to overcoming familial obstacles, and I believe with my support we can achieve the goals you have for yourself and your children.
