A dedicated mental health therapist who welcomes the opportunity to help you reduce emotional pain and build the skills to manage whatever troubles you most. Together, we create a partnership to help you solve problems, and experience peace. My goal is to support you in having a better understanding of your inner world, and who you are in relationships. Most importantly, you will define the life you want for yourself, and I’ll help you reach that vision. I have been a wellness practitioner for over 25 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. It is my personal mission to help you ease the pain of emotional and mental distress. Appointments can be scheduled according to your preference—in-person, phone, or virtual telehealth. I look forward to accelerating your journey to increased personal well-being and harmony.
