Introduction

People seek help for many reasons. I often tell clients, “I don’t know how you feel, but I know the feeling.” Sometimes it’s the daily hassles that have become too much to handle and other times we are overwhelmed by serious life events. Whether you are struggling with the stress and strain of a current issue or coping to the best of your ability with a life-long problem, I offer a space to feel safe and connected as we navigate barriers to you becoming the best version of yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master Addiction Counselor and have been counseling individuals with mental health and substance use disorders for over 10 years. I utilize a unique blend of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to bring about change. Thich Nhat Hanh said it best, “The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our presence.” I am here for you. Let me know how I can help you connect to the things in life that matter to you.
