Ancora Health, LLC was created from the desire to increase access to behavioral health care and social work services in the community of San Juan Island in Washington State. Telehealth appointments for residents of Washington State allow ease of access to services and is a great option for people juggling a busy life. We aim to individualize therapy to help improve quality of life for the individual. Behavioral Health Consultation is the initial behavioral health service provided to people who are experiencing social, behavioral, psychological and mental health challenges. Assessment and Treatment follows the initial consultation and focuses on developing a more comprehensive understanding of issues affecting a person. Evidence based behavioral health treatments integrate physical and behavioral health to meet a person's goals. Services Offered include consultation with a behavioral health provider, individualized personal counseling, and behavioral assessments. Therapy modalities include Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. It is Our mission to serve the community with honesty, compassion, and empathy in a way that builds trust within the relationships that are formed and to support those in need. We use social work theory and evidence based interventions to increase access to care within the community and serve individuals across the lifespan.
