Many of us go through life feeling like we have to keep everything inside. Feelings of anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, or general stress are experienced everyday. Whether you're experiencing daily struggles or an unforeseen event, it's easy for our thoughts to become cluttered and confusing. We can all benefit from clearing up some space in our minds. My goal as a Therapist is to provide clarity to my clients and assist them in making the best choices for their lives. I believe in a Person-Centered approach as well as utilizing Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution-Focused techniques. I appreciate the uniqueness of each client I see and believe in meeting them where they are to achieve their goals.
