Introduction

We all deserve quality mental health care. At any time and for any reason. I currently provide individual adult psychotherapy, adult cognitive evaluations, and adult psychological evaluations. I use evidence based practices and measures to foster health by cultivating intentional awareness, creating space to change our relationship with thoughts and emotions. I believe this approach can also help us live a meaningful life as informed by our values. At this time, I am only accepting new patients interested in either cognitive or personality assessment.
