I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at Weber State University and earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. My work in the mental health field began in an undergraduate internship working with juvenile sex offenders, working in various residential treatment facilities, managing cases for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities in NY, and doing individual therapy with children and youth. I completed my licensing hours at a private clinic and currently work at Davis Behavioral Health in the Adult Substance Use Outpatient program conducting intake evaluations and providing individual and group therapy. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I am passionate about helping individuals find, through collaboration, and implement resources to reprocess past traumas. I enjoy exercise and fitness, meeting new people, listening to podcasts, spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, camping, sitting around a fire, snowboarding, solving the Rubik's Cube and recently golfing. I am looking forward to meeting you and engaging together on your path to health and happiness. Don't see a time that works for you?
