My approach to therapy is from a trauma-focused perspective and psychodynamic approach to help you identify some of the causes for your feelings. My therapeutic approaches are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness to help you find the skills to improve your daily life as well as Motivational Interviewing to increase motivation for change. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, depression, and various addictions. In our work together, we will use our time to explore the challenges you may be experiencing and try to find solutions while improving on personal strengths.
