I earned my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. After relocating to South Carolina, I opened my private practice in March 2020—just as the world was shutting down due to COVID-19. Initially, I was uncertain about the effectiveness of virtual therapy, but over the past five years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside many clients on their healing journeys and have found that virtual sessions can be just as transformative as in-person therapy. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families, using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My practice is deeply rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), emphasizing the role of attachment in relationships and fostering meaningful connections. I believe that growth is possible for anyone who seeks it, and I am committed to meeting you where you are on your journey—helping you navigate challenges and move toward the life and relationships you desire.
