Joe Walker is a dedicated mental health counselor with a passion for helping kids, teens, young adults, and parents as they navigate the challenges of a modernized and complex world. A former lawyer, business executive, and educator, Joe blends unique life experiences with his compassionate approach to therapy. Joe utilizes evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, to meet the individual needs of each client. With six kids of his own, Joe demonstrates empathy for young people and parents alike. Beyond his professional endeavors, Joe is a devoted family man. Married for more than 20 years, Joe and his wife Jamie manage six kids and three dogs. One of Joe’s greatest passions is travel. Having explored over 30 different countries, Joe understands the importance of cultural diversity and how it enriches our understanding of the world. Joe’s experiences shape his counseling practice, allowing him to connect with clients from all walks of life. Joe also enjoys coaching, drinking dark coffee, and devouring good books.
