My therapeutic approach is humanistic and person-centered, utilizing approaches from narrative therapy, internal family systems, and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). I provide short or longer term therapy for individuals, couples and families. I work with those struggling with past traumas, relational issues and life transitions. I am safe, affirming and welcoming to those from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, in non-traditional relationships, gender-nonconforming and queer.
