Introduction

If you deal with significant difficulties in your life because of Trauma, addiction, PTSD, anxiety or depression, I can help. I am trained in EMDR (through an EMDRIA approved training) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a relatively new, evidence-based therapy to treat trauma and many other issues that can provide relief in just one session. I offer traditional individual therapy sessions, as well as intensive sessions. An intensive session is an efficient and novel approach to trauma therapy where we spend anywhere from 2 to 4 hours in focused sessions. Additionally, I offer 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day intensive sessions working with EMDR and/or ART. Reach out or schedule a free consultation to learn more.
