We will work together to improve your psychological flexibility and address how your attitudes toward yourself and others may get in the way of taking your happiness and well-being to the next level. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, or career issues, I implement a nonjudgmental approach with open curiosity. I integrate behavioral interventions with mindfulness and compassion to help you interrupt habitual and often self-sabotaging tendencies. I enjoy working with executives, supervisors, managers, and team leaders who benefit from developing the relational skills and psychoeducation necessary to handle stressful careers, engage with many different types of personalities, and enrich their work environments.
