*Please contact me to discuss availability and fit* My goal is to provide you with a safe space to grow and learn about yourself while letting go of what doesn't serve you, and making space for the things out of your control. The first step in reaching out for support can be a scary one, but you don't have to take on the rest of the journey alone. I believe that therapy is a partnership built on trust, and though change may be difficult, it can become a little easier to cope with, with the right set of tools and support. I am licensed to treat both mental health and substance use disorders. My experience has been broad, supporting individuals from all walks of life who are struggling with severe mental health and/or drug and alcohol issues, who are in crisis, as well as supporting people facing day-to-day struggles. I am truly passionate about therapy and supporting people as they grow, and would be honored to support you in navigating your journey.
