Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 10 years of experience providing individual counseling for age 18+ clients in Seattle, WA. I am an interactive and integrative therapist with a goal of providing a stigma-free and affirming therapeutic experience for every client. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical skill-building to help clients improve their mental well-being and effectively address personal challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques including Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other Cognitive Behavioral therapy approaches to help people with Anxiety, OCD, Panic. Phobia and Insomnia. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them establish strengths-based treatment goals to attain the personal growth they are committed to achieving.
