Introduction

I have a passion for working with neurodiverse individuals having done so in a variety of ways in the last two decades. I take a strength-based approach – let’s find what makes your neurotype GREAT, and work with that! I am also honored to help people heal from trauma of all kinds and take a trauma-informed approach to therapy in a multi-disciplinary way. I'm currently in the process of becoming certified in EMDR and NARM Level 2. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I love helping couples and families interact with love, compassion, and honesty. As a mother of four myself, I’ve seen first-hand how family and couples counseling can transform the day to day and enrich the love you already feel. I am also a member of Kink/Poly Aware Chicago Therapists. Like you, I am also working on my own mental wellness. I believe therapy is a dynamic process where we both learn and grow together. I commit to keeping a safe, non-judgmental space for you to find your own best self.
