You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to explore, heal, and move forward on your terms. I specialize in supporting adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and folks navigating anxiety, depression, faith transitions, and life’s challenges—offering a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in movement—because healing isn’t just about talking; it’s about reconnecting with your body, building resilience, and discovering what works for you. I blend CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support your unique healing process. I offer 60- and 90-minute sessions at $60 per hour, with a sliding fee scale available. I also facilitate a Mindful Expressive Movement Group on Tuesdays at 12 PM.
