I work collaboratively with you to create a space where you feel supported to learn about your strengths and challenges, build enthusiasm for change, and develop practical skills and solutions that will best meet your needs. Through our work, you or your child will become more self-assured and resilient in daily life. I am a licensed mental health counselor; a K-12 school-based, nationally certified school psychologist; and a former marketing executive. I began working with youth in 2002 and earned my Master of Arts in Education in Counseling and my Education Specialist degrees from Seattle University in 2008. I worked in school settings for 12 years before starting my practice in 2019. This range of life experiences provides me with a unique understanding of the demands impacting clients and an extensive set of tools to meet those needs. I offer parent support via SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an intervention developed by a team at the Yale Childhood Study Center. I look forward to connecting with you about the possibility of working together.
