Play Is Powerful! strives to provide quality play therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy to people of all ages. Training, supervision and consultation also provided. Jodi Smith LCSW, RPT-S, CAAPT and her canine co-therapists, Daltrey and Daenerys provide play therapy services to people of all ages. Jodi is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. Jodi has been working with troubled and at-risk children, teenagers and their families, in various capacities, for over 20 years. She has worked extensively with children in a wide variety of settings including residential treatment centers, hospital settings, and in schools. She received her Bachelors of Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
