Hi! I'm Jodi Seidel, I have a great passion for helping Individuals and Couples move through difficult emotional experiences and improve their quality of life. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 11 years. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, BED, complex PTSD and attachment injuries. I practice from a trauma informed attachment focused, interpersonal neurobiology approach. I consider myself warm, open, compassionate and direct. I hold great respect for the healing process and consider it an honor to walk this journey with clients I treat. I moved to Denver four years ago and lived out my life long dream of "living near the mountains". I love nature and the mountains are where I feel most at home. When I'm not working I can be found doing anything outdoors (especially skiing) and enjoying life with my family & Ester (my beagle).
