Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a multitude of experience working with senior citizens in nursing homes and assisted living homes, with children from grades Pre-K to 12th grade, in hospitals for cancer patients and families, with troubled youths for intensive therapy, and lastly adults and teenagers online working through trauma, parenting, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. What clients say most about me is that I listen to what they have to say and truly hear them. It's important to feel heard, understood and valued for who you are and what you are going through. If you are stressed and have been experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, and realize that you are ready to take that next step to make changes that you can't do alone.
