I seek to meet my clients right where they are. With over a decade of experience, I lean on a trauma-informed and culturally humble approach to support people during varying seasons of life. At the crux of my practice is a commitment to self-reflection, non judgment, and compassion. "I am passionate about helping foster generational success. Having worked with folks in all phases of the life cycle and in different settings-I have found some common themes. One notable theme is "getting stuck" and not quite finishing healing from the hard stuff in life that affects us. When we don't finish our own work and our own healing, then we tend to bring that baggage into our marriages, parenting, relationships, churches, workplaces--essentially everywhere. In my work with clients I aim to help disrupt that cycle and repair breaches so that clients can experience more joy in life, have healthier connections with others, and ultimately walk in the fullness of their purpose."
