I believe everyone has the power to improve their own lives by making positive changes. I desire to help you use your life struggles to become stronger and feel more empowered. My style as a therapist is direct and challenging. I have a heart for couples and use Relationship Theory Model as the basis for couple therapy, and those sessions are 2 hours. I do not accept insurance for couple therapy. I seek clients that are growth-minded and willing to put in the work to make their lives better. I feel strongly that change happens through repetition, and require work outside the therapy room to achieve desired results. I will help you set personal goals and teach you the skills you need to face life's challenges, create deeper self-awareness, and feel a greater sense of empowerment and connection. I have been married for over 30 years to an Army aviator, and I am a mother of 2 young adults. The best way to contact me is by email. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
