I have 30+ years of experience in First Response working as a professional and volunteer for Ambulance, Fire, and Law Enforcement. I am the CEO and Directing Clinical Supervisor for FRTC for the Poudre Fire Authority, Wellington Fire Protection District, Berthoud Fire Protection District, Eaton Fire Protection District, Windsor-Severance Fire Rescue, UCHealth EMS, UC Health Emergency Departments, Gilpin County Sheriffs Office, Central City Fire Rescue and the City of Fort Collins Rangers; overseeing their Peer Support Teams and providing counseling for all their staff and spouses. I am a skilled Facilitator for Critical Incident Processing and Defusing for Emergency Service Providers throughout Northern Colorado. In addition, I teach the National Peer Support Academy, a 5-day, 40-hr, (P.O.S.T. Approved) Peer Support Certification Academy in Colorado for "All Badges, All Uniforms, All Scrubs" and I am the DCS for the Regional Peer Support Team.
