Introduction

WELCOME! You've done the most courageous part - starting the search for emotional balance and wellness! I get it...You’re exhausted from holding it all together—and it’s starting to show. Maybe the anxiety never really shuts off. Or the burnout feels like it’s bleeding into everything—your relationships, your sleep, your ability to focus. You’ve tried pushing through, but it’s getting harder to ignore the physical toll: tension in your chest, a racing mind, foggy thinking, constant fatigue. You might not be able to name exactly what’s wrong—but you know something needs to change. You want to feel more grounded, more in control, more like yourself again. At Inspired Resilience Counseling, we help you untangle what’s underneath the stress and find real tools for healing. Through evidence-based therapy and nervous system regulation, we’ll work together to rebuild the confidence, calm, and clarity you’ve been missing—not by forcing change, but by making space for it. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Let’s take the next step—together. WHAT TO EXPECT I am here to support you as you explore those challenging questions with openness and courage. My role is not to provide all the answers but to walk alongside you as a guide—helping you navigate life’s complexities, explore difficult relationship dynamics, and embrace the freedom and responsibility you have to shape your own path. Together, we will gain awareness around what has shaped your sense of self, discover strengths you already possess, and empower you towards resilience and healing. Through unpacking the fears and doubts that are holding you back, you will develop strategies to reconnect with what gives you meaning and purpose. You will gain the tools to make healthy choices, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence—knowing that, while life may not always be predictable, you have the strength and tools to face it. ARE YOU READY? You are the hero of your own story. I am here to support you as you discover the profound power of your own existence—creating a life that reflects your truest self, built on your values, and aligned with your deepest aspirations. Step into your power and embrace the journey toward becoming the fullest version of yourself. The path to transformation begins with a single step—let’s take it together. Reach out today, and let’s explore the possibilities of a life that truly reflects who you are. I look forward to meeting you! EXPRESSIVE ART THERAPY With a deep understanding of how creative expression can heal, I specialize in expressive art therapy to help clients tap into their emotions through art. Whether you struggle with trauma, anxiety, or self-expression, art can provide a powerful, non-verbal way to explore your inner world. My approach encourages you to create freely through the connection with the left/right brain integration guiding you through the process of self-discovery and healing. Together, we'll use art to unlock insight, foster emotional growth, and build resilience. SAFE AND SOUND PROTOCOL (SSP) I am certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a therapeutic approach designed to reduce stress, anxiety, and trauma responses by improving the way the brain processes sound. With training and experience in SSP, I help clients create a sense of safety and calm by stimulating the nervous system in a gentle, effective way. If you struggle with emotional dysregulation, trauma, or sensory processing issues, SSP can offer profound relief, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and resilient.
