Introduction

Clinical Psychotherapy The work on ourselves is the hardest work we do and asking for help can be even harder. It requires an intimate level of vulnerability and commitment. Commitment to yourself. I can offer you that support. I carry a set of skills to assist individuals, couples & families to address a wide range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief; life stage challenges of family conflict, barriers with family blending, positive parenting strategies, pregnancy or infant loss; or just the burn out and moral injury from the day to day demands of balancing life. From a client centered approach let's work together to face those barriers. Clinical supervision I can provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists also working within the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief; life stage challenges of family conflict, barriers with family blending, positive parenting strategies, pregnancy or infant loss; or just the burn out and moral injury from the day to day demands of balancing life and/or building their own private practice.
