I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional providing teletherapy in Virginia and Pennsylvania. I provide person-centered, trauma-informed, affirmative, and empowering treatment to assist individuals with overcoming challenges and identifying strengths. I am trained to provide a number of evidence based therapeutic modalities for treating trauma and PTSD, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems or Parts Work), and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy).
