Introduction

Life can be sneaky and serve up situations and experiences that are daunting, overwhelming, and not something a person can just get over. I spent well over a decade supporting hospice clients and their loved ones navigating end of life and the adjustment, loss, and reemerging trauma that can crop up on that journey before transitioning to private practice. It helped me develop a broad toolbox to help an array of people. Together we'll figure what works best for you and what led you to reach out, and we'll build a treatment plan off of that.
