She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She has received training in a variety of evidenced-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed Stabilization Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
