Introduction
Through compassion and clinical excellence, I empower clients to be at their best during a challenging time in their lives. By integrating my education, specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy and grief therapy, and my personal life experiences, I collaborate with clients to identify, address, and ultimately overcome obstacles to a better and more meaningful life. I am committed to helping clients understand and get relief from the emotional states of anger, anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem that stem from the challenges of everyday living. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that contribute to the emotional distress we all at times experience. Because relationships are a huge part of what makes our lives great or miserable, I specialize in, and am passionate about helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships. I provide clients with a treasure chest of tools designed to improve the relationship skills of communication and effective conflict resolution which can enrich their relationships.
