Introduction

I have a passion to help individuals and professionals suffering prolonged stress, anxiety, & trauma. Clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, irritable, & angry. Some have trouble sleeping, coping, abusing substances, & communicating with others. Their difficult past traumas and negative ways of coping have affected them mentally, physically, & spiritually. It has impacted the way they respond to others and their own negative self-talk. Many have tried to manage these issues on your own, with no lasting results, leaving them feeling tired, sad & defeated. Clients need help to stop the painful cycle & gain tools to thrive.
