Introduction

It is my privilege and joy to provide a safe and supportive environment for each client that I work with. Using a holistic approach to healing, I've been providing counseling services for over 9 years. I have specialized in working with survivors of complex traumas such as sexual abuse, human trafficking and domestic violence, or one-time incidents such as a car accident or sudden loss. I am certified in EMDR and have been Level 1 trained in Brainspotting. Whether you are struggling with daily stressors or trauma, we all need support! I am invested in your healing and growth, and in helping to improve the quality of life of the clients I work with. No matter what issues you may be experiencing, it's not too late to reach out for help!
