Introduction

Everyone deserves a safe place to be able to talk openly and express themselves. I am a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, working in the mental health field since 2013 and in private practices since 2018. In 2023, it was time for I'm-Possible Counseling & Wellness to be born. No two people have had the same experience, even if they are in the same situation. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with unconditional positive regard and respect. I assist people who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use and abuse, social difficulties, transitional struggles, changes in life, and relationship development/maintenance. I combine several different therapeutic styles, to customize the therapeutic needs of the individual clients. I follow a direct (and sometimes humorous) approach, while utilizing metaphors and imagery to make correlations with the client's emotions familiar situations. Painting a picture enables clients to "see" their situation, making it more manageable. I assist in motivating my clients to make their desired changes by collaborating with them to customize their individual treatment plans, catering to their specific needs and goals. My priority is to assist my clients in becoming their best self. Each day is an opportunity, and together, we will make it through. Better mental health IS possible.
