Introduction

Does it feel like things are spiraling out of control? Have you noticed changes in your mood, difficulties with work-life balance, or trouble adjusting to changes in your life? So many of us wear masks as we navigate the many roles within our lives, and all the accomplishments, levels of education, and titles don’t seem to change that. Instead, they might make things more complicated. Everyone needs someone and deserves to be supported especially when faced with challenges. I strive to provide a safe, collaborative, and integrated approach while being sensitive to diversity and culture. In addition to talk therapy, I provide alternative interventions such as mindfulness and meditation techniques for you to achieve a more holistic quality of life while addressing anxiety, depression, stress, work-life balance, and more.
