Introduction
My conviction to help others was born out of my own experiences in life’s most difficult seasons. I learned that growth, depth, and hope can come when others walk alongside of you. My desire is to create this experience for women who are needing help because I know how valuable and necessary it is to have someone supporting you along the way. Through a collaborative relationship, I aim to be a tool and resource to help shine light where you are experiencing darkness by tailoring to your specific needs and goals. I have passion and experience working with women through anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief & loss, and struggles with self-esteem, worth & identity. I am EMDR trained, which is a powerful tool we can use to treat these issues. My role is to create a safe, warm, and trusting space where you are comfortable being your authentic self. You are a whole person, so I welcome every part of you into the counseling room. I meet my clients in their vulnerability, and we do it together. I am ready to walk with you wherever you are and whatever season of life you are in.
