I am a strength-based therapist with an integrative approach to therapy who is a firm believer that therapy is an aid to your own continued growth and process. I love to work with anxiety, perfectionism, relationships and dating, identity, and the "I don't know what's happening" areas of life. Therapy with me is warm, direct, and focused. I will laugh at myself and encourage you to show up as you are. I love my job for many reasons, one being that I get to empower others to trust themselves and their choices. I am both my client's number one cheerleader and someone that pushes them to their limits. Together we work on making intentional changes that will continue to help you grow.
