Introduction
I am an experienced psychotherapist who works with children and adults. Although I work on many issues, working with parents has been a passion my entire career. I also specialize in toddlers to teens on issues such as relationships, social skills, development, sensory processing, anxieties and behaviors. My focus is to help people find balance and regulation. I use an individualized approach in treatment which may include Play Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and Mind- Body- Energy techniques with the principle that our mind, body, nervous system and energy are interconnected. I help individuals shift their thinking, which shifts their feelings and changes their behaviors. This allows healing, balance and regulation.
