Introduction

It can feel overwhelming to seek out support when we are stuck or struggling. I believe in the power of connection and the importance of the therapeutic relationship. My primary goal is to help you better understand and overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from having the life you desire. I believe in meeting clients wherever they might be on their journey and providing them with a safe and judgment free space to tell their story and work towards their best possible life. If you are a parent seeking counseling for your child or teen, I will work with you to develop a plan that will best address your concerns and goals. This may include family therapy sessions, individual sessions, or parent-only sessions. I work from a perspective that recognizes you and your child as the experts on yourselves and your family. I am here to provide support and assist in understanding and overcoming the challenges your family is facing. I seek to provide trauma informed care and have post graduate training in a variety of therapeutic modalities. I am well equipped to help you overcome the challenges that have kept you from being the person you desire.
