Introduction

Are you navigating new transitions in life and seeking to find a renewed sense of balance and harmony within yourself and your relationships? My approach is centered on understanding your unique experiences and working collaboratively to identify your underlying struggles. If you are pursuing self awareness, curiosity, and are committed to personal and spiritual growth, I have the skills and experience to support and guide you through this process. Together, through an environment of safety and connection, we will explore solutions that resonate with you and lead to the growth you desire. I believe in the power of genuine human connection and strive to build a trusting relationship with each client. I am a person-centered, holistic therapist who focuses on your unique experiences and strengths. I use an integrative approach to tailor therapy to fit your individual needs, life circumstances and goals. In addition to my work as a therapist, I have devoted 27 years to public education. My background in education has equipped me with a profound understanding of the unique challenges and developmental stages that teenagers face. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with adolescents who are neurodiverse and have behavioral needs, gaining insight into their struggles, aspirations, and the social pressures they encounter. This experience has honed my ability to connect with teens, build trust, and create a safe space for them to express themselves. I am an affirming therapist with experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities I offer a number of sliding scale appointments based on your financial situation. These are offered through Open Path Collective.
