Introduction

Watching your child transition into adulthood—whether they’re heading off to college, starting a career, or searching for their path—can bring a mix of pride, concern, and sometimes heartbreak. Maybe they’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a loss of direction. Maybe you’re noticing they feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of their purpose. I specialize in working with young adults (18+) during these pivotal life transitions—whether it’s adjusting to college life, entering the workforce, managing mental health challenges, or navigating life after graduation. Additionally, I work with adults of all ages facing significant life transitions—navigating stages of parenthood, relationship concerns, empty nesting, caregiver burnout, personal illness, grief, or managing emotional and chronic pain. You may be supporting your child, grandchild, or a parent through their challenges while carrying your own unseen troubles. Many clients find comfort in bridging their faith with counseling, if that’s a desire, we can explore that together. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where your child (or you!) can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether searching for peace, clarity, purpose…or just a space to breathe, let's begin the journey together—with grace and curiosity.
